Legacy Living Home Care Agency – Whole Person Care. Whole Family Support.
Legacy Living Home Care Agency is looking for a caring, organized Registered Nurse to join our team as an RN Supervisor. Our clients are our “Living Legends,” and our RNs are our “Legacy Guardians.” They make sure every client gets safe, high-quality care at home. We serve families in Alamance, Orange, and Guilford Counties, and our main office is in Mebane, NC.
What You’ll Do:
- Do in-home client assessments and help build personalized care plans.
- Make supervisory visits for clients who receive hands-on personal care.
- Support, guide, and give feedback to our caregivers and CNAs.
- Write clear, timely visit notes in our agency software (AxisCare).
- Talk with clients, families, and the agency team about changes in a client’s condition or care needs.
What We’re Looking For:
- Active, unrestricted North Carolina RN license (or a multistate compact license).
- Home care, home health, or community nursing experience preferred.
- Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to travel to client homes in Alamance, Orange, and Guilford Counties.
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
